ABOUT THE WINE

Showcasing the crispness, beautiful aromatics and signature acidity that are quickly becoming the defining characteristics of outstanding Nova Scotian wine,the  Benjamin Bridge Nova 7 is produced in the European spirit of lightly sparkling, off-dry wines.

The 2022 vintage is a blend of varietal composition of Muscat, Ortega, Riesling, Geisenheim, l’Acadie, and Vidal.  The folks at Benjamin Bridge are very proud of the 2022 Nova 7; stating that it strikes the perfect balance between natural vibrant acidity and  fragrant floral aromatics. This wine is to be celebrated as an achievement in low-intervention winemaking, featuring no sulphites at harvest, wild fermentations, and the lowest possible interference between your glass and the vineyard.
